Orton-Gillingham tutoring
I am a Ph.D. in Linguistics and an Orton-Gillingham-trained practitioner and offer private tutoring for students with dyslexia and other struggling readers. The Orton-Gillingham (OG) approach is a research-based methodology, developed specifically for dyslexics, that incorporates multisensory techniques (visual, aural, oral, kinesthetic) as well as systematic, explicit instruction of decoding and spelling. It is widely known to benefit students who learn differently.
